Strengthen the Texas economy by cutting restrictive regulations, remove unnecessary licensing laws. Promote education tied to industry needs. End government funded lobbying and encourage in-state energy production.
Defend Parental Rights, Enhance Public Safety and stop human tracking, drug smuggling, and gun running across Texas’ southern border.
Victor has become increasingly involved in his city & community. Victor is a member of the Lions Club & The American Legion and was a regular guest at the Rotary, as well as the Black Business Builders. Victor has served as the Vice-President and President of his HOA. He was the President of the Pflugerville Downtown Association as well as the President and Director of the Pflugerville Police Benevolence Fund and he also served as the Treasurer and President of the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation, bringing hundreds of new jobs and substantial investments to the City.
