Dave Morgan (Republican Party) is the only Republican candidate running for election to the Michigan House of Representatives to represent District 44. He is on the ballot in the Republican primary on August 2, 2022. Morgan also ran for election to the Michigan House of Representatives to represent District 62. He withdrew before the Republican primary.
Dave was born in Battle Creek, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1989 to 2001. Morgan studied at Air Force Community College, Kellogg Community College, Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Olivet College, and Chadwick University, earning a bachelor’s degree in 1992. His career experience includes working as Pennfield Charter Township Supervisor, as an Amtrak locomotive engineer, and as President of Morgan Properties of Arizona and Michigan.
Dave Served as a Michigan Air National Guard, Reserve Duty Officer, Pennfield Township Police Department, Former Police Officer, South Haven Police Department, also served in the United States Air Force.
Dave is a member of the American Legion, Battle Creek Amateur Sports Wall of Fame, Battle Creek Chamber of Commerce, Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen.
