Carlos Antonio Raymond (Republican Party) is running for election to the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 125. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 8, 2022. He advanced from the Republican primary on March 1, 2022.

Carlos was born in Panama City, Panama. He served in the U.S. Army. He earned an associate degree in medical science from the University of the District of Columbia and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University. Raymond’s career experience includes working as a realtor with Icon Realty.
Carlos joined the United States Army in 1971. As a result of an injury he sustained in 1971 while serving in the line of duty, Carlos is a Disabled American Veteran.
While in the Army, he achieved his educational pursuits as a result of his determination and desire to work as a Radiology (X-Ray) Technologist. Using his (G.I. Bill), Carlos received an Associate’s degree in medical science from the University of the District of Columbia and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University.
Carlos has been employed by the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Certified Radiology Technologist, and the U.S. Department of the Army as a Budget Analyst.
Carlos also volunteers his time to provide critically injured veterans transportation to the Veterans Administration to apply for benefits.
